Any patient diagnosed with clinically localized disease that has a relatively small prostate (under 40 cc). This patient desires potency preservation, low incontinence risk, and understands the paradigm of ablation therapy.

Radition Failures & Recurrent Prostate Cancer
HIFU can treat patients who experience recurrence after radition therapy, both external beam radiation and brachytherapy. Additionally, patients who have a local recurrence after receiving a radical prostatectomy may be candidates for Sonablate^® HIFU.
