International HIFU, is a Charlotte, NC, based healthcare development company and medical device distributor committed to creating a new standard for Prostate cancer treatment with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy. International HIFU is the exclusive distributor of the Sonablate 500® in the Americas and South Africa. The device is an ablation technique for localized prostate cancer therapy. USHIFU is the funding source for Phase II and III U.S. clinical trials of the device.

| Physician Development Specialist will be responsible for including: |

- Responsible for the full life cycle of all development activities, from lead generation to close-of-sale, in assigned territory;
- Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan, to meet both personal and business goals of expanding physician base in the marketing area;
- Works within the development and support teams for the achievement of patient/physician satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values;
- Complete understanding of pricing structures and various professional fee models;
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with physicians and key decision makers;
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calls on physicians and support staff, direct mail, e-mail and networking;
- Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to physicians, prospects and company employees.

| Requirements & Qualifications: |
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical or Health Care/Life Sciences related field preferred; RN is highly desirable.
- Experience in medical device/medical technology field and/or clinical background preferred.
- Familiarity with the Northeast US region (NY, NJ, PA & New England states) is required; additional familiarity with Ontario & Quebec areas is a plus.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability and willingness to travel 25 - 50% including internationally to our international treatment locations in the International HIFU service area (including Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Nassau, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Montreal and Winnipeg).

Travel Agent - Part Time
International HIFU offers a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunity for personal and professional growth. We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Part-Time Travel Agent based at our Charlotte office to work 20 - 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Part-Time Travel Agent will be responsible for including:
- Plan and arrange international and domestic travel and accommodations for internal and external customers;
- Coordinate with internal customers to arrange travel schedules and requirements;
- Converses with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required.
- Provide information about international travel, such as customs regulations and currency rates, required documentation (passports, visas, etc.);
- May visit hotels, resorts, restaurants, etc. to develop recommendations to clients/company.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in related field is highly desirable.
- 3 - 5 years experience with SABRE is desired; other GDS experience a plus.
- Certification or combination of equivalent education and experience required.
- Familiarity with International travel requirements highly desirable.
- Must be Customer Driven
- Excellent Customer Service skills are required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Flexible schedule depending on volume, 4 - 5 hours daily.
